Please note : You must contact us via email at orders@customlaserengraving.com BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.
RETURN POLICY - If your item is damaged or is wrongly engraved, in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
ALSO since these products are created for you per order basis, we cannot refund any items if the information provided by you is not correct. We CANNOT take responsiblity for your spelling errors in the information you provide us. In a case where the information provided to us is not correct, we will NOT refund your money.
If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.
Please note: Once the order is processed we cannot cancel the order and refund your money. Products are ordered and engraved on a per order basis and once engraved cannot be refunded.
